Kathleen has served on the DRP board since February 2023. She is the Ward 5 Reno City Councilmember, which includes Downtown Reno. Prior to serving as a Councilmember, Kathleen was a planning commissioner. She is a native Nevadan and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
