Kirk Wooldridge joined the DRP Board as a residential representative in August of 2026. He has been living and working in downtown Reno, as the General Manager of the Palladio Condominium Association. He is a State of Nevada – Licensed Supervisory Community Manager. Recent graduate of the City of Reno – Reno Constituents Institute in May 2025. He has been working in the Hospitality and Community Management industry for the past forty years, recently working in the Lake Tahoe market for the past fifteen years.

Kirk is a graduate of Michigan State University – Eli Broad College of Business – The School of Hospitality Business. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno NxLevel Program – Small Business Development Center.
