Enjoy Art, Autos and Wine and celebrate local artists at upcoming National Automobile Museum event

National Automobile Museum announces its upcoming Art, Autos and Wine event celebrating local artists.

The National Automobile Museum’s Art, Autos and Wine event on October 1, 2021, from 6 to 9 p.m., showcases 12 current local and regional artists.

Stroll among an incomparable collection of vintage automobiles while enjoying the artwork of internationally recognized artists. Wine tastings, appetizers, live music, and opportunities to purchase art will make this a must-attend event for art collectors and auto enthusiasts alike. All proceeds benefit the National Automobile Museum.

“The Museum is pleased to partner with United Federal Credit Union, Art Obsessions, and E. Sierra Media to bring you this exciting event,” said Phil MacDougall, NAM’s executive director. “This show will feature some of the amazing artists in our community and help re-energize the art scene in Northern Nevada. You don’t want to miss it.”

Participating artists include Mike Callahan, Painter; June Towill Brown, Sculptor; Scott Thompson, Photographer; Mike Bond, Painter; Steve Memering, Painter; Abe Blair, Photographer; Frank Ordaz, Painter; David Dory, Painter; Geraldine Arata, Painter; Margery Ammon, Painter; Martin Gollary, Photographer; and Mark Richardson. All artists are represented by Art Obsessions.

“Art Obsessions is excited to bring to this event 12 artists and over 100 pieces of art,” said Linda Snyder, Marketing Director at Art Obsessions. “Paintings, sculptures, and photography will be available to not only enjoy during the event, but also available to purchase for enjoyment after the event. Art Obsessions is located at the Village at Rancharrah in Reno and has been in business for over 10 years representing artists from all over the world.”

Tickets are $25 and are available at automuseum.org.
