Popular Rollin’ Reno Roller Skating Event Returns to Believe Plaza in Downtown Reno For Two Months This Summer 

You asked. We answered! The number one question the Downtown Reno Partnership was asked over the last two years when hosting the Rollin’ Reno Roller skating event was “are you doing this every night?!”  

Now, thanks to funding from the City of Reno and management from Great American Craft Fairs, we are excited to share that starting June 11 through August 9 five nights a week, there will be Rollin’ Reno at Believe Plaza in the heart of downtown Reno! The grand opening will take place on Saturday, June 14 with skating from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

“Expanding this popular roller-skating event to a two-month period in Downtown Reno is an exciting opportunity to engage our community and draw even more visitors into the heart of our City,” said Neoma Jardon, Executive Director of the Downtown Reno Partnership. “By extending the event, we not only celebrate the joy of roller skating but also provide an accessible and fun activity for all ages throughout the summer.”  

Each night of operation will include: 
Live entertainment, performers, musicians, local artists 
Food and drinks for purchase  
$5 skate rental (card or Apple Pay)
FREE if you have your own skates

City Hall Parking Garage (First and University) 
Washoe County lot (corner of Virginia Street and Court Street) is free on weekdays after 5 p.m.; all day on the weekends

For the safety of all: 
no pets are allowed  
waivers must be signed to come into the event 
No skateboards, bikes or scooters allowed inside the event  
Space to lock bikes will be available but attendees must bring their own lock
