Downtown Reno’s Neon Line District continues to grow and leaders behind the project say the next phase of development is already taking shape.

Jonathan Boulware, President of J Resort, and Neoma Jardon, Executive Director of the Downtown Reno Partnership, joined ARC Reno to discuss the completion of Phase One of the Neon Line District redevelopment and what’s next for the area.

The conversation focused on recent investments in housing, public art, entertainment venues, wellness amenities, and youth sports facilities, all part of a broader effort to transform downtown Reno into a live, work, and play destination.

Boulware also discussed the renovation and reopening of the historic Gold ‘N Silver Inn while Jardon highlighted the impact of projects designed to attract visitors, residents, and families to the downtown core.

The pair also talked about the recent youth soccer tournament that brought hundreds of athletes and families to Reno and shared their vision for the future of the Neon Line District as redevelopment efforts continue.
