Pignic Pub & Patio releases menu designed to get you in and out faster
By focusing on less complex recipes, the parlor can serve more individuals, faster. Pignic Pub & Patio has released a new menu featuring menu and brunch items that can be prepared and eaten faster, as the bar prepares for colder weather and patrons who may not want to stay outside for longer periods of time.
“We’re all trying to figure out how to survive right now,” said Trevor Leppek, part owner and sole manager of Pignic Pub & Patio. “So we blended our desire to change up the menu with the shifts we’re seeing in customers’ habits as the season changes.”
Menu offerings include charcuterie boards, totchos, wings, baked mac ’n’ cheese, arepas, sausage and tri-tip sandwiches and Mexican hot chocolate bread pudding. Pignic’s brunch menu includes seasonal pancakes, tater tot waffles, breakfast arepas, breakfast bowls and specials like their “Dark and Stormy” pork belly banh mi (featuring a ginger, lime, and rum glaze).
Brunch also features a variety of libations, including Pignic’s take on a painkiller and a coffee cocktail featuring cold brew from Reno’s Magpie Roasters. Additionally, the pub and patio will feature weekly hearty soups and chilis throughout the winter.
