The Downtown Reno Partnership will roll out the Blue Carpet on Thursday, February 12, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a first-of-its-kind Blue Carpet Block Party celebrating five businesses at the corner of 1st and Sierra Streets in the Riverwalk District.

This fast-paced, walkable celebration will spotlight new openings, new ownership, and milestone anniversaries through a coordinated production designed to recognize local entrepreneurs while capturing promotional social and media content in real time.

We will be starting at Home Means Nevada Co and walking as a group to each business. Since this will be a multi-location event, please review the schedule of visits.

3:30 p.m. – Gather at the Reno Tahoe Visitors Center inside Home Means Nevada Co. (20-year anniversary)
3:45 p.m. – El Malecón Mariscos Bar & Grill (opening)
4:00 p.m. – Pizanos Pizza (new ownership, updated menu)
4:15 p.m. – Sierra Street Kitchen & Cocktails (new ownership, updated menu)
4:30 p.m. – Karajillo & Co. (opening)
4:45 p.m. – Return to Home Means Nevada Co. for closing remarks and raffle
