The Cafe Whitney inside the Whitney Peak Hotel in downtown Reno started hosting a monthly Drag Brunch with Queens from the Haus of Does Moore. The brunches got so popular, that Cafe Whitney dabbled with hosting two per month. So join the ladies and their devoted audience for a morning of themed singing, lip syncing, dancing, comedy and bottomless mimosas before it sells out!

Since June 2021, one Saturday every month a new Drag Brunch with a theme, such as “Disco Divas” or “90’s Pop Icons,” is hosted from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Brunch tickets can be purchased for tables of 2, 4, 6 or 12, or individually for bar seating. An amazing breakfast menu and $20 bottomless mimosas are also available for purchase during the show. 

When you show up, expect to find the Cafe Whitney decked out with balloons and decor in shades of pink. Sitting at the bar you can watch the waiters pour the mimosas from giant taps and pitchers. 

The mother of the Haus of Does Moore Drag Queens, Jane Does Moore, opens the brunch soon after everyone is seated. Be prepared to laugh and cheer as Jane guides you through the morning and into the afternoon with several performances by her, Lily Does Moore, Malandi, Drusilla Does Moore, Adonna Does Moore, Bella Noir Does Moore, Donna Sux Does Moore and Ximena.  

Whether you are sitting at a table with friends or at the bar, you’re bound to have a great time and even make friends. Drinking with and tipping the Queens for their hard work is highly encouraged. 

“The crowd’s energy is always so infectious,” Drag Queen Lily Does Moore said.  “I love seeing them sing along to the songs if they recognize them and, of course, their enthusiasm makes my job easier.”

Get ready to purchase tickets for the May 14 Drag Brunch, themed “90s Pop Icons” inspired by big names like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and J-Lo. Tickets go fast!
